Booking online at Brightwell Clinic is easy

By proceeding with the booking of an appointment via the Brightwell Clinic website I confirm that I have read and accept the terms relating Booking Appointments, Payments, Cancellation and Refund. Click here for those terms.

I also confirm that I have read and understand the rest of the of the Brightwell Clinic Terms and Conditions as to treatment at the Clinic. Click here for those terms.

I understand that the fee payable on booking does not include the balance of the fee for Swift or Clearanail Treatment which is payable if that specialist treatment takes place.

If the appointment which I wish to book is to take place within 14 days following today’s date “the statutory cooling off or cancellation period”)

1. I am making an express request for the purposes of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for the appointment to take place on that date in the knowledge that if it does take place, I will lose the right to cancel it once the appointment has taken place;

2. and I will not be entitled to a full refund if I cancel that appointment within the statutory cooling off or cancellation period but you will retain £10.00 to cover the fee for exclusive right (until cancellation) to be treated at the booked appointment slot (including any administrative costs incurred as a consequence of the cancellation).
