What to expect at your appointment.

We will text and email you with a reminder about your appointment a day or two beforehand. We will also send you a form to compete if it is your first visit.

Entry to the clinic is either, via our front door on Queens Road or at the rear of the clinic via Livery close which is off South Street.

Meter parking is available on Sidmouth Street and South Street and the nearest carpark is the Queens Road Car Park.

If coming via our back entrance you can recognise us from our brick bike shed, yellow waste wheelie bin and a large Brightwell Clinic sign.

On entering the building Carrie will welcome you in and the clinician will welcome you into the treatment room when they are ready.
