We will phone you the day before to make sure you are well and not experiencing any COVID symptoms. If you are unwell we will rebook.
If we can help with your problem over the phone rather than needing to see you in person we may postpone your appointment. This is to limit any risk of exposure to yourself and our team.
We will also ask you to prepay for your appointment to avoid having to use the card machine in reception.
Entry to the clinic is now at the rear of the clinic via Livery close which is off South Street.
Meter parking is available on Sidmouth Street and South Street.
You can recognise us from our brick bike shed, yellow waste wheelie bin and a 40 printed on the low wall.
Please arrive at your appointment time and not before and please come on your own unless you need to bring a parent or carer with you.
Come down the side and enter the building.
On entering the building Carrie will welcome you in. Please clean your hands with the hand sanitiser provided in reception and put on the mask provided if you are not wearing one.
There will be a box in the treatment room for you to put your personal belongings and coats in.
The clinician will welcome you into the treatment room.
On leaving after your appointment we will show you where to go and lead you back out to Livery close.
If you are coming to our Twyford Clinic. Please come to the back door of the pharmacy at your appointment time and wait outside. Vicky will come down and let you in when she is ready for you. We want to minimise your risk so we ask that you do not come through the shop.
On arrival at the clinic I will ask you to use hand sanitizer and put on a mask that we will provide if you don't have one.
